Lighthouse helps people managers with the essential soft skills needed to lead and motivate their teams. Our primary focus today is on making 1-on-1s effective, and driving the growth of individuals under each manager. We’re deeply ingraining ourselves into the daily workflow of every manager in the world by teaching them key management concepts and helping them build the right habits to actually do them. 1-on-1s are just the beginning. We’re solving these problems of communication and leadership to encourage good management behavior with software by using: - Creative, educational marketing - Sound work & psychology research - Behavioral economics Early results are very encouraging and there’s a ton of opportunity as we grow for more experiments and innovation in space previously ignored by technology
