Sub-processors
About this page
To deliver Easexpense, Easenode Tech Private Limited engages a small number of third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) that may process customer data on our behalf. This page lists each of them, what they are used for, and where the data is processed.
Every sub-processor below is bound by a data processing agreement and may only process data in order to provide services to us. We review this list as our services change and keep it current.

Anthropic
Purpose: AI assistant features within the product
Data processed: Aggregated workspace metadata sent only when a user asks the assistant a question

What we do not send to sub-processors
Easexpense connects to your workspace tools (such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, AWS and Zoho) using read-only permissions that you authorize. We read administrative and billing metadata only — for example member lists, licence counts, plan names and renewal dates.
We do not access, store or transmit the contents of your messages, emails, files or conversations, and none of that content is ever sent to a sub-processor.
Changes to this list
